Wild woman of pop, Pink, has been linked with an appearance at Benicassim in 2010. She’s already confirmed for the Isle of Wight festival and we’re certain that Pink would help rock the party at Beni. The festival would also help add an international profile to her June tour of the UK.
Pink’s real name is Alecia Beth Moore she was born in September 1979. She’s from American. She sings and writes her own songs and got really famous back in 2000 belting out R&B tunes. She’s now better known as for her rock and pop rock music. Pink released her fifth album, Funhouse, in late October 2008, she’s due to release her next album in 2010 so we’re almost certain that she’ll see an appearance at Benicassim as a key component of the promotion of this album.
Pink has a really wide appeal from young to old. Her performances cater to a wide range of tastes from hard dirty rock through to slower ballads that really have been known to capture the audiences attention (particularly the male contingent). She has sold more than 10 million albums in the US and over 32 million records worldwide.
