We’re as excited as you are about next year’s festival and it’s line-up so we’ll keep you posted as soon as we get news through. Supply of tickets for Benicassim is running low, with the last 2,000 tickets released on general sale today. That’s great news if you’ve got your tickets already but not so great news if you’re slow to get yourself organised. This year’s festival is sure to be a sell out, so if I were you, I get your tickets booked today. The line-up is looking fab, see the full listing.

If you haven’t received your tickets yet then fear not as long as you’ve booked through our official ticket partner, Seetickets, they’re winging their way to you as you read this. We’ve had confirmation from See that all tickets were posted earlier this week. If you haven’t received your ticket by Saturday then the advice is to contact the Seetickets helpline and they’ll be able to trace it for you.

If you haven’t even ordered your tickets yet then you’re in luck! There is still a limited quantity of tickets available.

If you ordered your tickets through benicassim2010(dot)com or another site that didn’t direct you to one of the official ticket outlets then our advice is to chase them up. If you don’t receive a response then let your bank know so that they can initiate a claim to get your money back – then make sure you order your tickets today from the official source.

We’re just wondering how many of you are holding off buying your Benicassim tickets and what the reasons are?

Here are some common reasons we hear of for people delaying their ticket booking decision:

Were you waiting for the full line-up to be announced
Waiting for your friends to get their acts together and book alongside you
Looking for the cheapest deal possible on flights out to the festival
Still saving money to buy a ticket for the BIIIIIIG festival
Looking for a cheap ticket from a ticket tout at the last minute
Leaving it until the last minute as I’m disorganised
My dog ate my computer so I can’t book tickets until my new one is delivered

Benicassim 2010 Tickets

Tickets for Benicassim in 2010 are now on sale. You can buy tickets through the sites we list below, just bear in mind that it’s best to get in there early as the festival DOES sell out every year! Benicassim 2009 sold out around March time, but there’s no saying when tickets for the 2010 festival will be gone – it just gets more and more popular each year.

Benicassim 2010 starts on Thursday 15th July and runs until Sunday 18th July. However, the campsite (if you’re thinking of camping) is generally open from the Saturday before the festival starts through to the Tuesday after the festival closes.

Ticket Price:
4 Day Festival Access (camping included) £160 (including booking fee)

Note: there is an additional transaction fee on the above price (£2.25 if you get a “print at home” ticket which is what we’d recommend, or you can get your tickets posted out if you pay the £4.95 transaction fee).

Benicassim Camping Tickets

If you want to go to Benicassim and camp overnight then you’re in luck, tickets are on sale now! The great thing about camping tickets for Benicassim is that they are valid for a full 9 days. The festival itself runs from 15th – 18th July 2010 (that’s a full four days of music) but with a campsite ticket you can roll up and pitch up from the 12th July until 20th July – giving you plenty of time to prepare and then recover.

Each day the festival usually starts at 7pm(ish) and runs until 7-8am the following morning. This is due to the intense heat that southern Spain gets at this time of year. You really don’t want to be in a mosh pit during the middle of the afternoon with 35C of sun bearing down on you.
